Your tasks

• Management and organization of the kitchen team
• Training and further development of employees
• Budget planning and ordering
• Conscientious quality control of incoming goods
• Creative further development of our menu
• High quality standards and HACCP control
• Motivation and team leadership
• Compliance with labor law requirements

Your profile

• Completed training as a chef, preferably with further training as a master chef
• Several years of experience in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry
• Quality awareness and enjoyment
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Talent for employee motivation
• Economic and environmentally conscious thinking
• Long-term cooperation envisaged
