Your tasks
As head chef you are responsible for
- Management and organization of the kitchen team
- Training and further development of employees
- Budget planning and ordering
- Conscientious quality control of incoming goods
- Creative further development of our menu
- High quality standards and HACCP control
- Motivation and team leadership
- Compliance with labor law requirements
As a sous chef, you will support the head chef in the aforementioned tasks and stand in for him/her in his/her absence.
As Chef de Partie you are specialized in:
- Precise preparation of specific dishes or parts of dishes
- Responsibility for smooth operations in your area
- Training of kitchen staff in your area
- Ensuring quality and compliance with recipe specifications
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef, preferably with further training as a master chef
- Several years of experience in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry
- Quality awareness and enjoyment
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Talent for employee motivation
- Economic and environmentally conscious thinking
- Long-term cooperation envisaged
